INSPIRATION
One of the most exciting aspects of spring is the explosion of color as flowers bloom and trees begin to bud. When I think about springtime, I instantly think of pastels or bright, bold hues. These are two embroidery patterns where I used this warm spring color palette. I chose pastel, toned-down hues for the flowers and leaves, and a dark grey for the stems and lettering. The difference between the two color palettes is the brighter shade of pink (Coral Light) I used for the Mother’s day color palette. You can adapt this color palette to your own embroideries, or you can download these floral patterns from my free pattern library. Whether you’re a stitcher or not, this is a great color palette to use in your home, wardrobe, and art to capture the essence of this magical season.
