STRAWBERRY EMBROIDERY INSPIRATION

In fact, I borrowed this embroidery color palette from one of my other botanical patterns. If you remember, the Floral Alphabet Pattern is using the exact same reds and greens. These shades work so well for strawberries too, not just flowers. Check out this vibrant strawberry jar cover I stitched using this delightful color palette. Don’t you just love how the colors pop out? If you’d like to give this pattern a try you can download it from my Free Pattern Library. To get access to the Free Pattern Library fill out the form below and I will send you an email with your password. You can read more about my Free Pattern Library here.

DMC TO ANCHOR FLOSS COLOR CONVERSION CHART

DMC and Anchor are the most commonly used brands of stranded cotton. They both have a wide variety of colors and are made of good-quality stranded cotton. You can use both brands together for a project, for example, substitute one shade of DMC floss with ANCHOR floss, but please note that is not possible to provide a perfect color match between brands. Feel free to adapt these color suggestions to suit your projects.
